Is is possible to sand and change the colour of laminate floor. (I have to replace some boards and am unable to source the brand that I used 6 years ago) Also is it possible to integrate two different "click" systems.

Hi
Some people get confused when they talk about engineered wood flooring and a laminate floor. Some real wood engineered wood floors can be sanded and refinished some cannot.

If you have what is truly called a "Laminate floor", which is a picture of wood or tile laminated on a melamine type center core then no you cannot sand or refinish a Laminate floor.

The locking systems can also vary between manufacturers making them impossible to interlock.

Do you remember what the name of the manufacturer is?

All I have is little piece of the box with 1/2 the name which is "rom...." It is no longer stocked at where I purchased it. I am pretty sure that the colour was called Indian Cherry.
