Depending on how deep the scratch is you can sometimes use a colored marker and blend the color over the scratch to make it less noticable. Since most newer laminate floors are of a click lock type of design you can UN click the floor back and remove the damaged board, replacing it with some of the boards you had left over from the installation.
For people reading this message it is critical to keep any left over boards for any possible future repairs. Just store them in a dry area within the home. I cant tell you how many people have called us over the years looking for more of that flooring they purchased that is now discontinued to fix an area within their floor.
