We use a glue injection kit where a 1/8 inch hole is drilled through the wood flooring over where it is loose from the subfloor and inject a adhesive resin down through to the subfloor then we apply a weight until the glue has dried usually 8-24 hours. Then plug the hole with a dab of matching wood putty.

We will offer these kits in about 2 weeks.
